Triple P - Positive Parenting Program

Who is Triple Program for? 

• Group Triple P is you and/or the co-parent with children aged 0-12

How long is the Program?

• 8 week program

  • 4 x Sessions face to face - 2 hrs long (weeks 1-4)

  • 3 x Phone sessions - 30 mins (weeks 5-7)

  • 1 x Session face to face - 2 hour length (week 8)

How Much Does It Cost?

• $160 for 2 hour session face to face (weeks 1-4 and 8) 

• $50 each for Phone call session (weeks 5-7)

Triple P is a parenting intervention with the main goals of increasing the knowledge, skills, and confidence of parents and reducing the prevalence of mental health, emotional, and behavioural problems in children.

• Manage misbehaviour so everyone in the family enjoys life more

• Set rules and routines that everyone respects and follows

• Encourage behaviour you like

• Take care of yourself as a parent

• Feel confident you’re doing the right thing
